Howth Castle Cookery School Launches Its 2026 Corporate Summer Experiences

The Perfect Summer Escape for Your Hardworking Teams

Summer in Ireland has a way of arriving unexpectedly (and disappearing just as fast). That's why Howth Castle Cookery School is getting ahead of the season, officially launching our 2026 Summer Season and inviting Dublin companies to secure their slice of summer on one of Ireland's most spectacular coastal estates.

Whether you're planning a company summer outing, a team building event, or simply a memorable day out with colleagues, this is your sign to do something genuinely worth looking forward to.

A Summer Setting Like No Other

Perched on the grounds of the historic Howth Castle Estate, just 25 minutes from Dublin city centre, Howth Castle Cookery School offers something that no hotel ballroom or city rooftop ever could: fresh sea air, dramatic coastal scenery, and the kind of easy, unhurried atmosphere that makes a summer afternoon feel like it actually counts.

For 2026, the school is expanding its corporate offering, with workshop options designed to suit every group size and, crucially, every mood of the Irish sky.

What To Expect on Your Company Day

When your team arrives at Howth Castle, you will be welcomed with a refreshing prosecco or beer before heading into the castle kitchen for your hands-on cooking class.

Led by our professional chefs, you and your team will learn to prepare and BBQ a range of dishes. Afterwards, you will be invited to relax and enjoy your delicious creations in Howth Castle’s gardens. Of course, if the weather takes a turn, the experience will move inside to our sunning garden room and kitchen.

Choose a Delicious Menu

There are four menus for you to choose from, as shown below, all built around quality, fresh, local produce selected by our chefs. Where possible, and with prior notice, menus can be adapted to suit the dietary needs of your team. Please mention this when booking.

Perfect for Corporate Groups

For companies looking for a genuine alternative to the standard summer party, the Howth Castle Cookery School cookery experiences offer something with real personality. It's relaxed without being flat, memorable without being showy, and flexible enough to work for a team of eight or a group of thirty.

The cookery school's corporate packages are built around the idea that the best team-building doesn't feel like team-building at all.

That’s why Howth Castle’s beautiful setting is ideal. The day does its work quietly; people connect, relax, and leave having genuinely enjoyed themselves.

Bespoke packages can be designed around your group's preferences, your schedule, and your budget.  Every event is put together specifically for you.

Book Early - Summer Fills Fast

Howth Castle Cookery School's summer calendar tends to fill well ahead of the season, particularly for Friday and weekend dates. If you have a date in mind — or even just a rough month — it's worth getting in touch sooner rather than later to talk through what's possible.
