With the fishing village of Howth on our doorstep, we are spoilt for choice and resources here at Howth Castle Cookery School. Our fish classes are very popular – we run 2 hour evening classes as well as full day workshops. Our full day Feasts from the Sea class is our foundation class for learning all the basics when it comes to buying, preparing from scratch and cooking fish. During the summer we schedule our very popular Catch & Cook Classes. Here students get to enjoy a boat trip from the harbour with our local fisherman 'Doyler' (Captain David Doyle). You learn fishing tips, and then get to cook what you catch.
