We then head to the castle kitchen cookery school for coffee before rolling up our sleeves and getting started with cooking lobster and preparing both flat fish and round fish from scratch.

We will pan fry, grill, steam Japanese style and cook en papillote for lunch, working with mussels, clams, and prawns - Learn More
