We are excited to launch our new Supper Club at Howth Castle Cookery School, offering a relaxed and social evening of Italian-inspired food, wine and conversation in our beautiful Garden Room.
Designed for those who love great food and shared experiences, this Supper Club brings the spirit of Italian dining to one of Dublin’s most atmospheric and unique settings.
Our Supper Club isn't just about great food, it’s about connection. Guests dine together in a welcoming, casual dining setting, encouraging conversation and a sense of occasion without formality.
With a welcome spritz on arrival, shared tables, and a flowing, multi=course, menu, the evening reflects the Italian tradition of long, leisurely meals enjoyed with good company. Whether you come with friends or arrive solo, the Supper Club is designed to feel inclusive, lively and relaxed.
The menu showcases classic Italian flavours with thoughtful pairings and seasonal ingredients. The evening begins with cicchetti, small Venetian-style bites including cod cream, melted Asiago and anchovies with salsa.
Guests then enjoy seared octopus served with polenta and gorgonzola cream, followed by handmade bigoli pasta with radicchio pesto, Parmigiano and walnuts. The main course features rabbit slow cooked in a rich tomato sauce with capers, carrots and aubergine, served with roasted potatoes.
Dessert is a tiramisù semifreddo, a contemporary twist on the Italian classic, bringing the meal to a perfectly balanced close .
Each course is paired with carefully selected Italian wines, chosen to complement the flavours and enhance the overall dining experience.
