We are delighted to introduce our new, 3-Day Teen Workshop - a fantastic, hands-on, cooking series designed for teens who want real skills for real life. Over 3 action-packed days, your Teen will learn how to move confidently in the kitchen, cook food they actually want to eat, and walk away with lifelong skills.
These are the food skills which will shape their health and well-being for life.

We are kicking off our first series on February 17, 18 & 19 February, 2026 to coincide with the Mid-Term Break.
Starting at 10 am for 3.5 - 4 hours in duration, including sitting down to eat.
This is where it all starts and includes:
• Learning knife skills (the cool and safe way)
• Getting comfortable in the kitchen — what goes where, what tools do what
• Meal planning without the headache
• Healthy eating, explained in a way that actually makes sense (no lectures, promise)
Your body is a temple and on the first day our Chefs with talk participants through Healthy Eating Guidelines to help you feel alive and thrive.
By the end of Day 1, the kitchen won’t feel intimidating — it’ll feel like their space.

Because school weeks are busy and hunger is real, on Day 2, we will focus on:
Think practical, tasty, and 100% easy.
Your Teen will never look at shop-bought snacks the same way again once thry learn to create delicious Homemade nutrition bars for school, sports, and life on the go
The Benefits
This 3-Day cooking workshop is hands-on, fun, confidence-boosting, and seriously useful.
After each class participants will sit in the Garden Room with tehir new friends and enjoy what they have created. They'll also take home some of the creations to share with the family.

This class is aimed at Teenagers who like good food that is easy to prepare. It is ideal for building confidence, independence and practical life skills.
