We are delighted to introduce our new, 3-Day Teen Workshop - a fantastic, hands-on, cooking series designed for teens who want real skills for real life. Over 3 action-packed days, you’ll learn how to move confidently in the kitchen, cook food you actually want to eat, and walk away with lifelong skills. These are the food skills which will shape your health and well-being for life.
We are kicking off our first series on February 24–26, 2026 to coincide with the Mid-Term Break

This is where it all starts and includes:
• Learning knife skills (the cool and safe way)
• Getting comfortable in the kitchen — what goes where, what tools do what
• Meal planning without the headache
• Healthy eating, explained in a way that actually makes sense (no lectures, promise)
Your body is a temple and on the first day our Chefs with talk you through Healthy Eating Guidelines to help you feel alive and thrive.
By the end of Day 1, the kitchen won’t feel intimidating — it’ll feel like your space.

Because school weeks are busy and hunger is real, on Day 2 we will focus on:
Think practical, tasty, and 100% easy.

You’ll never look at shop-bought snacks the same way again once you learn to create delicious Homemadenutrition bars for school, sports, and life on the go

This 3-Day cooking workshop is hands-on, fun, confidence-boosting, and seriously useful.
After each class you will sit in the Garden Room with friends and enjoy what you have created. You will also take home some of your creations to share with the family.
This class is aimed at Teenagers who like good food that is easy to prepare. It is ideal for building confidence, independence and practical life skills.
