Our March Supper Club at Howth Castle Cookery School brings you on a culinary journey through South and Central America, where bold ingredients, vibrant cultures, and refined techniques come together in this mystical setting.
Inspired by the rich food traditions of Mexico, Santiago, and Rio de Janeiro, each course showcases the region’s most celebrated cuisines, from deep, smoky flavours to fresh, elegant and expressive dishes.
Every plate will reflect the spirit of its origin, while embracing a modern, Howth Castle Cookery School touch.
All of the dishes come with the option of a curated selection of perfectly paired South American wines such as Les Robles Estate (Vintage 2020), Bousquet Chardonnay (Vintage 2023), Pinot Noir Casablanca Valley 2023 and Pasa Del Sol Sauvignon Blanc (Vintage 2024). Each pairing is designed to complement and elevate the flavours of the evening.
This dining experience kicks off at 7pm.
Cost is €100 without the wine pairing and €140 with wine pairing included.
