Following the huge success of our Mid-Term Camp, we are delighted to be back this Easter with our 3-Day Teen Cooking Workshop, starting Tuesday 7th April 2026 at Howth Castle Cookery School.
Designed for teens aged 13+, this hands-on programme is all about building confidence in the kitchen while having fun, learning new skills, and discovering just how enjoyable cooking can be.
This isn’t just about following recipes — it’s about giving young people the confidence, independence, and essential life skills they need to feel at home in the kitchen.
Over three engaging days, participants will learn practical, real-world cooking skills that they can bring into everyday life — from preparing healthy meals to creating quick snacks for school, sports, and busy schedules.
Each session runs for approximately 3.5–4 hours, creating a relaxed and supportive environment where teens can learn, create, and enjoy what they’ve made.
And it’s not just about what happens in the kitchen — every day they’ll head home with delicious goodies to share with family, and at the end of each session, they’ll sit down together in our beautiful Garden Room to enjoy the dishes they’ve created with their new friends.

This workshop is about more than cooking — it’s about helping teens build culinary confidence and independence, develop lifelong skills, make healthier food choices and have fun in a creative, social environment.
